About the role
This full-time, non-exempt position functions as the primary interface between the manufacturing, maintenance, and process and equipment engineering teams to ensure the consistent production of high-quality wafers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of tooling used in the manufacturing process and help identify processing issues affecting output or product quality.
- Resolve any WIP that is delayed or on hold within their area.
- Recommend, document, and implement changes at the direction of the appropriate engineering group.
- Train and certify lower-level operators in the process.
Qualifications
- Possess knowledge and familiarity of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes and logistics.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control systems, applications, and rules.
- Experience with MESA or similar Shop floor Control Systems.
- Able to extract, summarize, interpret, and present process data.
- Able to apply process data to decision-making.
- Knowledge and familiarity of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and DMAIC processes.
- Proficiency or experience with SQL or similar query languages.
- Proficiency or experience with VBA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Project Management applications.
- Leadership qualities and experience.
- History of problem-solving; able to drive problems to resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Pay
The salary range is $48,600.00-$64,800.00. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
