About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that address complex challenges in the industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your contributions align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new products and features that meet customer needs and advance the state of the art in semiconductor technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and features.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products and processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor design and development.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: mixed-signal design, RF design, power management, or sensor systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced semiconductor design tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay

The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

Schedule

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
