About the role

Analog Devices is seeking motivated Manufacturing Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Camas, Washington. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing the high-performance semiconductor products that enable innovation across industrial, automotive, communications, healthcare, and consumer technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established specifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Process products through assigned manufacturing operations while meeting daily production objectives.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Accurately record production data and update manufacturing systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report equipment or process issues as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, material handling, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Support the training of new employees as required.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment. Depending on the assigned work area, employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow clean manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality and safety.

Schedule

The Camas manufacturing facility operates using compressed work week (CWW) schedules. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. All schedules include weekend work. Available shifts include:

  • D1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • N1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • D2 Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • N2 Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

This position may require the ability to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
  • Perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks.
  • Lift, move, push, or pull materials and equipment within established safety guidelines.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment throughout the shift.
  • Safely perform manufacturing duties while following all site safety requirements.

The expected starting wage for this position is $20.43–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position is also eligible for:
