Salesforce RLM Specialist located in Santa Clara, CA. Requires 8+ years of experience.

Job Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce RLM (Revenue Lifecycle Management) Specialist who has experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/RLM and data migration. The person will help move data and processes from older Salesforce systems such as Salesforce CPQ/Billing to the newer Salesforce RLM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM.
  • Support Quote‑to‑Cash processes such as quoting, contracting, billing, revenue management.
  • Help migrate old Salesforce systems like CPQ and Billing to RLM.
  • Perform data migration: data mapping, extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading.
  • Understand the existing Salesforce setup and decide how data should be moved.
  • Work with Sales, Finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements.
  • Check migrated data for errors and fix data‑quality issues.
  • Create and execute testing plans.
  • Make sure the migrated system and data work correctly.
  • Document the migration process and Salesforce configuration.
  • Provide support after the migration.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Salesforce RLM / Revenue Cloud.
  • Mandatory Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management.
  • Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) expertise.
  • Salesforce Data Migration.
  • Migration from Salesforce CPQ/Billing to RLM.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Objects & Configuration.
  • Data Mapping, Transformation & Validation.
  • ETL / Data Migration Tools (Salesforce Data Loader or similar).
  • Testing and Data Validation.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate has hands‑on Salesforce RLM/Revenue Cloud experience and has actually migrated Salesforce CPQ/Billing or another legacy revenue system into RLM.
  • General Salesforce experience alone is not enough; the resume must clearly show RLM/Revenue Cloud plus data migration experience.

Skills

  • Good to have: Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Good to have: Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification.
  • Good to have: Salesforce CPQ certification.
  • Good to have: Salesforce Billing experience.
  • Good to have: Subscription Management experience.
  • Good to have: Experience working on large enterprise Salesforce implementations/migrations.
