W2 CRNA Needed in Lake Jackson, TX - 963

About the role

We’re seeking a service‑driven CRNA to join our collaborative team in Lake Jackson, TX. This independent 1099 opportunity offers excellent pay, a manageable call schedule, and a supportive work environment ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new grads. Located just an hour from downtown Houston, Lake Jackson provides small‑town charm with natural beauty and vibrant personality, frequently voted one of the best places to live in Texas and known as the “City of Enchantment”. The daily staffing grid consists of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD, with a required 1:4 call rotation. Regional anesthesia proficiency is highly preferred, though the facility is willing to train. The position is Full‑Time / Direct Hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia management for general, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, podiatry, occasional healthy pediatrics, and spine procedures.
• Work collaboratively within the staffing grid of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD.
• Participate in the 1:4 call rotation.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 0‑1 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team
