W16 - VAS Lead - 1st Shift

Pay

$22 per hour

• Additional $0.50 per hour for certified/qualified Forklift, Walkie Rider, or Cherry Picker drivers
• Additional $1.00 per hour for certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers

Incentives

• Attendance Incentive: Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance (refer to policy for rules and details)
• Referral Bonus: Up to $500 per referral (refer to policy for rules and details)
• Hiring Bonus: Up to $1000 (refer to policy for rules and details)

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

About the Role

General Position Summary: Co-Pack/VAS Lead: Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervising/leading warehouse employees
• Timekeeping/temp roster management
• Inventory checks
• Cleaning of the warehouse
• Good communication and problem resolution with people skills
• Managing employees and maintaining a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation

Requirements

Work Experience

• 2 years of warehouse experience
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, or IC experience
• Warehouse safety experience
• Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction
• Computer experience

Education

• GED or High School Diploma (college is a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others
• Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment; required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, or kneel during the workday
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate with customers or other employees
• Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required
