About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, age-appropriate learning environment for 4-year-old children, delivering curriculum in a way that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth while preparing students for kindergarten success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
- Adapt to the unique needs of each child.
Requirements
- Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching preschool or VPK students.
- Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and VPK standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
