Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise vendor management strategy
- Create governance frameworks for vendors and strategic suppliers
- Create a vendor operating model aligned with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities to leverage strategic partnerships for operational improvement
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and compliance standards
- Lead quarterly performance reviews with strategic partners
- Drive cost savings initiatives through vendor negotiations
Qualifications
- 12+ years in healthcare operations, vendor management, or outsourcing leadership
- 7+ years in senior roles managing significant vendor portfolios
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or health insurance operations
- Proven ability to manage complex strategic vendor relationships
- Extensive contract negotiations and performance management experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field
Pay
$227,952 – $341,928 annually
