VP, US Facilities Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of certain U.S. facilities and external facilities consultants and vendors
- Provide in-house expertise on office maintenance, renovations and buildouts
- Provide in-house expertise on health & safety regulations, U.S. business continuity and disaster recovery
- Act as the day-to-day liaison and oversee relevant lease and subleases
- Oversee the front of house office activities for the U.S. offices and related staff
- Support the Chief Operating Officer on any special related strategic projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ of Facilities project management experience in a professional services company or firm
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed company
- University degree or commensurate experience
- Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Exceptional organizational skills
Pay
The salary range for this role is between: $138,750 – $185,000
