Responsibilities
- Ensure the standards of cleanliness and overall appearance of the office spaces, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas are a physical representation of KnowBe4’s company culture
- Oversee and administer US based Property Operations programs and long-term projects including but not limited to construction and property improvement projects
- Oversee and delegate the day-to-day actions of the US Facilities Section
- Work alongside building management, external vendors, general contractors, and suppliers to maintain the US facilities
- Develop US based policies and procedures
- Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
- Manage employee parking assignments and procedures
- Budget planning and management for US Facility related costs
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solve problems and/or independently handle issues as necessary
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting of subordinate employees to which the organization gives significant weight
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent business training or 2 years experience working in building management
- Experience with GSuite applications, MS Office Applications, and various Cloud technologies
- At least 1 year of management experience
- At least 1 year experience in construction industry
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent written skills and grammar
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent research skills
