VP Treasury Operations
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
From posting: There's a vision paragraph at start (Our vision...). That could be "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description. We'll put that content under About the role
with
paragraphs. Then responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" bullet list (actually sentences). We'll put under
Responsibilities
with- each bullet.
Then requirements: "What You Will Bring" includes bullet list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 15 years experience, etc. Also includes "Series 99 registration required within one year of hire", "FINRA Fingerprinting required". Those are requirements. Also "What Will Set You Apart" could be qualifications/skills but we can treat as "Qualifications" maybe? Actually we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping.
We have: Bachelor's degree, 15 years experience, 5 years Kyriba, Series 99, FINRA Fingerprinting, ability to translate strategy, deep expertise, broad knowledge, demonstrated experience leading treasury technology enhancements, strong analytical etc, strong project portfolio management, strong technology capabilities, ability to lead/coach, ability to prioritize, ability to operate at strategic/hands-on.
These are qualifications/skills. Could split: Requirements = mandatory (education, years experience, Kyriba, Series 99, FINRA). Qualifications = preferred? Actually "What Will Set You Apart" are preferred qualifications. Skills = maybe the abilities like analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, technology capabilities, leadership.
We'll create sections: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (abilities). Benefits: we have list of benefits under "What We Offer You". Pay: we have Base Salary Range. Schedule: not mentioned (no schedule specifics). So we omit Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate: remove EEO, equal opportunity, drug-free workplace, visa statement? The visa statement is about authorization to work; that's a requirement? It says "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor..." That's a requirement but it's a legal statement; we might keep as part of Requirements? It's substantive but it's a legal requirement. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa statement is legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about work authorization; could be considered a requirement. I'd keep it as a requirement line.
Also remove "Job Posting End Date", "Want the latest money news..." etc. Also remove "Equal opportunity employer Drug-free workplace" etc. Also remove "***For remote and hybrid positions..." etc. Also remove "Non-sales positions have the opportunity..." etc. Also remove "Actual compensation offered may vary..." maybe part of Pay? It's about compensation variation; could be considered part of Pay but it's generic. Might keep as part of Pay? It's not specific; but it's about actual compensation may vary. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to keep only the base salary range and maybe mention bonus program? The posting says "Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program." That's a benefit? Could be part of Benefits? But it's about compensation. Might include in Pay section as note. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits? But we need separate headings only if content. We'll keep Pay with base salary range and note about bonus program.
Benefits: list medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, business-casual environment, generous PTO, paid volunteer time, leave of absence programs, Business Resource Groups.
