Qualifications
- Technical background with experience in data architecture, marketing technology ecosystems, or complex digital solutions
- Demonstrated experience working within or selling into large pharmaceutical or life sciences enterprises.
- Experience supporting account growth, solution sales, or pre-sales in a consultative capacity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems—including audience platforms, CDPs, clean rooms (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms, Live Ramp, Epsilon, InfoSum), identity solutions, and activation channels.
- Familiarity with HCP engagement models, CRM platforms, and omnichannel marketing orchestration
- Experience building and enhancing client relationships and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility and insight.
- Comfort switching between strategic, commercial, and detailed technical conversations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams distributed across regions and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration – particularly with a healthcare or life sciences specialty practice
- Experience with agentic or orchestration platforms that integrate third-party marketing technologies.
- Exposure to outcomes-based or performance-based commercial models
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
