VP, Talent Acquisition

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape a global talent acquisition function that supports continued organizational growth and evolving business priorities. The role will focus on building a scalable recruiting operating model, strengthening process discipline, and improving hiring effectiveness across levels and geographies. You will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to align workforce planning with talent strategy while elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Location & Compensation

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $270,000 – $300,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global Talent Acquisition strategy in line with business needs
• Redesign the TA operating model for scalability and flexibility
• Establish a strong recruiting operations foundation with metrics and process discipline
• Define KPIs for the TA function and build performance reporting
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to foster a high-support culture
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning
• Enhance the quality of assessments and hiring decisions across the company

Qualifications

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success scaling organizations beyond 1,000 employees
• Experience with recruiting technology implementation and adoption
• International recruiting experience across multiple countries
• Strong background in building and redesigning TA operating models
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels and roles, including executive search
• Excellent communication skills for diverse global audiences
