VP Strategic Talent Leader

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders to guide organizational strategies
• Identify opportunities for alignment between business strategies and workforce capabilities
• Lead talent management and development initiatives for GTM teams
• Consult on AI transformations and their implications for HR
• Diagnose organizational performance gaps and implement resolutions
• Analyze workforce trends for future labor forecasting
• Collaborate on development programs for high-potential employees

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic talent management
• Strong expertise in integrating CoE, HRBP, and service delivery models
• Advanced skills in people analytics, AI/ML applications in HR, and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to link talent strategies to measurable business outcomes
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning, executive succession, and leadership development
• Experience with AI-powered HR technologies and tools
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite leaders

Pay

$213,400 – $266,800 annually
