VP, Servicing Transfer
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro paragraph about Fay Servicing: description of company. This could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role? The posting includes description of role: "Reporting to the FVP, Loan Administration, this position leads strategic initiatives related to the seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This role oversees the planning, execution and compliance of servicing transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and internal teams. This role is required to collaborate with various departments to optimize transfer processes, manage risk and uphold regulatory standards, to include the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in servicing transfers. Success in this position requires expertise in mortgage servicing operations and regulatory compliance to ensure excellence during portfolio transfers."
That's responsibilities.
Also earlier description of company could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be a brief description of the role, but we already have responsibilities. The intro about Fay Servicing could be "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes company overview? Usually "About the role" includes description of the position and maybe company. But we have separate sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
The posting includes:
- Qualifications Include: list of qualifications (education, experience, etc.)
- Also there is a list of skills: "Strong analytical skills...", "Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products...", etc. Those could be under Skills.
- Benefits: "Featured Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Disability Insurance Pet Insurance 401k Program with Employer Matching 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Wellness Initiatives Employee Assistance Program Eligible for Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex Days"
- Pay: "Compensation The hiring range for this position is between $92,414.00 to $127,069.00 annually This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus"
- Schedule: maybe not explicitly given, but there is "Eligible for Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex Days" which is schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that.
- Responsibilities: we have the paragraph about leading strategic initiatives, oversee planning, execution, compliance, collaborate, optimize transfer processes, manage risk, uphold regulatory standards, evaluate and implement technology solutions, success requires expertise.
- Requirements: maybe the qualifications list includes education and experience; but they also have "Qualifications Include:" which is a list. Could treat that as Qualifications section. Requirements could be something else? The posting doesn't have a separate "Requirements" heading; but we could combine qualifications and requirements? However instructions: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have qualifications list; we can put that under Qualifications. For Requirements, maybe we can put the experience requirements (3+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/ Loan Boarding Management roles required, 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required, 2+ years' leadership experience in mortgage servicing, etc.) Actually those are also in qualifications list. So maybe we treat the bullet list as Qualifications, and we don't need a separate Requirements section (since it's covered). But we could also split: Requirements = the experience/education; Qualifications = the skills/leadership etc. However the posting lumps them together under "Qualifications Include:" and then a long list that includes education, experience, leadership, skills, etc. So we could treat that as Qualifications. For Requirements, maybe we can note none separate; but we must not create empty sections. So we omit Requirements if no distinct content.
Similarly Skills: we could extract the skills list from the qualifications list (strong analytical skills, strong knowledge..., strong verbal and written communication skills, etc.) But those are already in the qualifications list. However we could still create a Skills section with those items, but we must not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should avoid redundancy? It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe better to have one Qualifications section that includes education, experience, skills, etc. Then we don't need separate Skills.
But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role: maybe we can include a short paragraph describing the role and company? The intro about Fay Servicing could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be a summary of the role and its purpose. The posting includes: "Reporting to the FVP, Loan Administration, this position leads strategic initiatives related to the seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios.
That is more responsibilities than about the role. But we could treat that as "About the role" (description of role). Then responsibilities could be more detailed duties? However the posting doesn't have a separate list of duties beyond that paragraph. So we could put that paragraph under About the role, and maybe Responsibilities could be omitted or we could put same content? Better to follow typical structure: About the role = brief description; Responsibilities = list of duties. Since we only have a paragraph describing duties, we could treat that as Responsibilities. But then About the role would be missing. Could we put company overview under About the role? The intro about Fay Servicing is more about the company, not the role. Could be considered "About the role" if we frame as "About Fay Servicing and the role". But instructions: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. They didn't forbid company overview.
Thus we could have:
About the role

We also offer interim and business purpose servicing, including the infrastructure to oversee renovations and manage rents. Headquartered in Tampa and operating nationwide, Fay Servicing combines deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to reduce risk, improve portfolio performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for both borrowers and investors.
Then Responsibilities: we could have the paragraph about leading strategic initiatives etc. But that would duplicate some content (the company overview is separate). That's okay. Then Qualifications: we have the list under "Qualifications Include:" which includes education, experience, leadership, skills, etc. We could also have Skills: maybe we extract the skill statements from qualifications list (strong analytical skills, strong knowledge..., strong verbal and written communication skills, etc.) but they'd be duplicate. Better to keep Qualifications as comprehensive. Benefits: we have list. Pay: we have compensation range. Schedule: we have "Eligible for Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex Days". That's schedule info. We should not include sections like Requirements if no distinct content. Thus final HTML:About the role
...company overview...
