About the role

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for evolving and delivering on our client consulting offering. This role is a key leadership position within the Americas consulting team with ownership of client delivery, project and people management (direct and indirect), and the continued development and growth of our consulting value proposition. This is a highly client-facing role where the ability to communicate clearly, build credibility, and make complex topics understandable is critical to success. Our clients include some of the largest global insurance carriers as well as regional insurers, MGAs, and public sector organizations in the Americas. Being client-centric and commercially minded, you drive forward the commercial success of Risk Consulting & Analytics within Swiss Re's Reinsurance Solutions division.
