VP, Securities Counsel and Assistant Secretary

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Securities Counsel and Assistant Secretary to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will provide sophisticated legal guidance across securities law, public company reporting, and corporate governance matters. The position will also support board and committee processes, helping ensure strong governance practices and compliant disclosure execution. In close partnership with legal and business leaders, the VP will advise on complex issues that affect shareholder communications, SEC filings, and overall corporate compliance.
