VP, Sales (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale a high-performing US field organization, including sales, clinical, and hybrid roles appropriate for an exciting new technology launch
- Own and architect the US sales strategy for an early-stage PFA platform in a highly competitive, rapidly evolving market
- Build a sales organization that values partnership with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams
- Lead the development of a creative, disciplined US contracting and pricing framework tailored for early market entry
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launch
- Establish a strong Kardium field team culture during rapid U.S. expansion, preserving startup agility, integrity, and patient-first decision-making
- Establish and oversee compensation strategy, including incentive plans
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter technology to inform sales strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice-President or similar) within the medical device industry.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrophysiology with a focus on catheter mapping and ablation.
Strong network of electrophysiologists including national opinion leaders
Proven track record of successfully leading commercial product launches.
Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
