What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals, ensuring they effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, providing direct leadership in managing performance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support your sales professionals in developing tailored solutions for new clients and leveraging joint opportunities.
- Expand professional networks, helping your team explore untapped markets and potential clients, and guiding them in executing new business strategies.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
- Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.
- 5+ years of experience leading sales professionals.
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
- Experience in a direct competitor is a plus.
