About the role
As a VP Sales-Incentive Marketing at Group O, you will lead our sales team in driving revenue through innovative incentive marketing strategies. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, managing a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a sales or marketing role
- Experience in developing and executing incentive marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
