VP Sales - EAST & LATAM
Your Role
As the VP, Sales for the East and LATAM regions, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our regional sales strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer success. You will lead and empower a high-performing, diverse sales team, build trusted client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, people and customer focused sales leader with deep expertise in the MarTech/Customer Data Platform (CDP)/AI industry, passion for mentorship and team development, and a proven track record of driving business impact.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the East and Latam regions, ensuring alignment with the company-wide objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.
- Lead and drive seven-figure, complex sales pursuits, demonstrating expertise in navigating high-stakes deals.
- Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI-powered tools (e.g., Treasure AI Studio, Glean, Sales intelligence, and Forecasting platforms) to enhance regional strategy, account prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Use AI-generated insights to synthesize customer, product, and market signals, informing regional plays and executive recommendations.
- Team Management
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, empowering them to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets.
- Establish clear performance metrics, continuously assessing and optimizing the team's effectiveness.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive team environment that encourages growth, accountability, and professional development.
- Model and coach effective, responsible use of AI tools across the team to improve productivity, deal preparation, and customer engagement while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Work cross-collaboratively with Sales Enablement to build Professional Development Programs.
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving additional value for our customers.
- Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments to fuel revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Sales Operations
- Oversee the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to refine sales processes, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and improve net retention, maximizing long-term revenue growth.
- Create competitor-specific sales content and enablement resources that empower the team with insights, competitive positioning, and value-driven strategies, helping them effectively differentiate our solutions and drive customer adoption.
- Leverage AI-powered systems (e.g., Treasure AI Studio, Glean, revenue intelligence, and enablement platforms) to streamline account research, proposal creation, and pipeline management, enabling the team to focus more time on high-impact customer interactions.
- Reporting and Forecasting
- Provide accurate, data-backed sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment between revenue targets, resource allocation, and business objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting and improve accuracy month over month.

Physical Requirements
