- Manage strategy and operations for the Business Development team
- Manage strategy and operations for the Marketing team
- Hire and train Business Development and Marketing talent as needed
- Manage the pairing of Marketing and Sales
- Provide feedback to company leadership on progress and areas of opportunity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ Years of Successful Business Development within the Healthcare Industry
- 8+ Years of Successful Marketing within the Healthcare Industry
- 4+ Years of Successful Team Development (Hiring / Training)
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue
- Private Equity experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
