About the role
The VP Regional Manager, Retail Growth (Suffolk) position will oversee Branch Managers in achieving sales goals and balance sheet growth expectations for the branches in their region. They will also be responsible for enhancing the member experience and operational execution, collaborating with the AVPs Regional Service and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with the credit union’s overall goals.
- Identify and provide strategic direction to respond to growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging member needs.
- Foster innovation in sales processes and member engagement.
- Lead and coach Branch teams to achieve sales, service, and employee experience excellence.
- Cultivate a sales culture within the branch network, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and member-centric solutions.
- Implement process improvements in branch behaviors and techniques to drive revenue, enhance the member and employee experience, and obtain corporate objectives.
- Work closely with business partners to define and implement strategies for solutions.
- Drive growth and expand the membership base within the region.
- Achieve sales performance targets for branches, monitor progress, and continuously provide guidance and performance management measures to ensure goals are met.
- Analyze reporting to inspect execution of sales strategy and to drive performance improvement.
- Implement and lead real-time and trend-based coaching to develop skills and enhance consistent execution of sales process.
- Drive and lead initiatives to increase revenue production generated from the branch network, including deposit, lending, investment, and ancillary products distributed through the retail line of business.
- Partner with marketing to implement targeted campaigns to promote deposit offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members and community leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in retail banking or financial services, with regional or multi-branch responsibility.
- NMLS License.

Pay
$155,333.00 to $194,168.00 annually.
