Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of third-party Debt Collection Agencies and Legal Networks, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and risk standards.
• Lead a team of Recovery professionals while building and maintaining effective supplier relationships to support sustainable performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing teams within a recovery or collections environment
• Excellent knowledge of Recovery processes, including strategy execution and oversight
• Proven experience driving performance and accountability across third- and fourth-party suppliers

Qualifications

• Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include:
• Knowledge of legal and court processes related to recovery and collections
• Working knowledge of NeuAnalytics or similar middleware platforms used for account placement execution
• Solid controls background, with experience operating in a risk-managed and regulated environment

Pay

Henderson, NV: Minimum Salary: $130,000 Maximum Salary: $185,000
