VP, Product Management (Remote Eligible)

Responsibilities

• Lead a product team in executing the company's applied AI product strategy.
• Define the strategic AI initiatives roadmap, from features to customer experiences.
• Own business outcomes of the AI portfolio, setting success metrics and accountability.
• Build data foundations to measure AI feature effectiveness and prioritize initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment for the go-to-market strategy of AI products.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure the AI strategy meets customer needs.
• Create a vision for intuitive AI experiences with design leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in software, preferably B2B or B2C cloud.
• 15+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and shipping AI features or products.
• Deep familiarity with generative AI and responsible AI practices.
• Experience collaborating with UX and engineering teams.

Pay

$291,250 – $338,750 annually
