Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals for our telehealth platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand priorities, business objectives, and desired outcomes for patient experience initiatives, ensuring all execution work ties back to the overall product vision.
- Own the day-to-day delivery process by writing clear, detailed Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating refinement sessions to ensure engineering clarity, participating in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, and managing a well-organized, prioritized product backlog aligned with the roadmap.
- Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, address blockers, and align on deliverables.
- Analyze product usage and engagement data to measure the impact of new initiatives, and identify opportunities for iteration and optimization using data-driven insights.
- Advocate for intuitive, engaging, and accessible patient experiences by contributing to usability testing, reviewing design iterations, and ensuring features are built with empathy and attention to detail.
- Stay informed about the evolving telehealth landscape, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software, identifying potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software product management.
- Demonstrated success building and launching product initiatives that positively impact both the business and the user.
- Previous experience in digital healthcare, marketing technology, DTC, or other B2C organizations.
- Strong experience writing product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria in tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with agile processes, including backlog grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver features from concept to release.
- Experience defining and delivering mobile app features and functionality, with an understanding of mobile-specific design considerations and user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented, with strong task and timeline management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
