We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Also we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation, etc. The posting includes some generic statements like "Foster and promote a safety-conscious and hostile-free work environment resulting in employee safety and well-being." That's part of responsibilities? It's a duty. Keep. We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe introductory paragraph about Delta Community and role overview. Could be first paragraph after job description: "Create your success story..." That's about the organization and role. We'll put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions and duties. Could be bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future." plus maybe other mandatory qualifications? Actually qualifications split into Required Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We'll treat Required Minimum Qualifications as Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction says we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to decide mapping. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications. Qualifications = maybe preferred? But we have both. Could combine? Better to follow instruction: Use sections as given. We'll put Required Minimum Qualifications under Requirements. Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills maybe from list of competencies? Could put under Skills. Benefits separate. Let's extract: About the role: "Create your success story at Delta Community Credit Union – where opportunity meets purpose. Through our commitment to excellence, Delta Community has received numerous industry awards and earned the trust and loyalty of our employees, members and the metro Atlanta community. We value talent, encourage growth and keep community at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work! Whether you’re starting your professional journey or navigating the next step in your career, we invite you to join the Delta Community team. The Vice President (VP) of Product Management & Development serves as a member of Delta Community’s Leadership Team with daily oversight of the institution’s combined consumer and commercial deposit portfolio totaling more than $8 billion. Delta Community counts on this individual as its internal expert on best practices for deposit gathering strategies and market trends. The VP has senior responsibility for sustaining the growth, quality and mix of balances through the strategic pricing of our demand and term account types as well as the ongoing enhancement of all federally insured deposit products and select Visa debit and credit card offerings to ensure their consumer appeal and market competitiveness. Product management spans an array of services, including savings, checking, certificates of deposit, IRAs and a Reward Points program, and requires the individual to serve as a project sponsor to champion and steward initiatives through Delta Community’s Agile-Value Stream project delivery framework. The VP oversees the preparation of the annual deposit budget, quarterly forecast updates and multiyear projections over a rolling five-year time horizon. Deposit modeling involves granular, daily account type detail; monthly rate estimates based on market and Federal Funds Rate data; and a comprehensive roll-up. The individual partners regularly with Treasury on near- and long-term liquidity planning and presents monthly deposit activity updates and pricing recommendations to Delta Community’s Asset-Liability Committee. The VP manages a small team of product management and analytic professionals who glean and share insights from product adoption and usage to guide priorities and investments. Among other qualitative and quantitative measures, performance in the role is evaluated on contributions to Delta Community’s corporate KPIs (Member Growth, Loan Growth, Services per Household, Member Satisfaction and Net Income); staff engagement and productivity; and the ability to build consensus and navigate in a matrixed environment." That's a lot but okay. Responsibilities: list of essential functions (the bullet points after "Essential Functions"). We'll extract each bullet. Essential Functions list: - Conduct regular research to i) benchmark Delta Community’s pricing and product features against primary competitors’ rates; ii) identify members’ product preferences along with their satisfaction with our current offerings; and/or iii) stay on top of emerging trends and technologies that affect our competitive position or member satisfaction. Share findings and develop response strategies. - Create and continuously update long-term roadmaps for key deposit and transactional products. These roadmaps document opportunities to either broaden our product set or enhance the functionality of existing offerings. Opportunities are prioritized based on a combination of how quickly or economically they can be brought to market and how widely they appeal to our membership base. The roadmaps include general timelines on when new products or enhancements should be introduced. - Propose and serve as the business sponsor of projects to introduce new products or enhance existing ones within Delta Community’s Agile-Value Stream project delivery framework. - Participate as an active member of our Advanced Analytics Program to champion and coordinate the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and models to enhance member service. - Oversee preparation of five-year deposit forecasts on an annual basis along with quarterly updates. Collaborate with Treasury and Lending to discuss Delta Community’s liquidity position and then assist with deposit or loan initiatives as needed to capitalize on revenue opportunities. As part of this effort, manage deposit pricing to achieve cost of funds below borrowings or other funding sources. - Conduct ongoing, in-depth analysis of penetration and member satisfaction rates with key transactional products, including checking and Visa debit and credit cards, to disseminate actionable findings. - Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute campaigns annually to drive higher penetration rates across key transactional products by acquiring new members and/or cross-selling existing ones. - Partner with Information Management & Analytics and Finance on the ongoing development of a product profitability model that allows us to better track and understand the primary revenue and expense drivers of our transactional and savings products. Analyze profitability reporting to ensure we are covering our operational costs; investing in the most in-demand services; and delivering optimal value to members. - Coordinate an annual fee study to understand the volume of fees we levy on our transactional and savings products as well as how our pricing compares with the market averages. - Partner with Marketing, Deposit Services, Payment Services, Consumer Lending, Compliance and other stakeholders to propose adjustments to cover rising operational costs; offset declining volumes in certain fee categories; and/or pay for the introduction of new features or functionality that members want. - Foster a collaborative, flexible work environment where different opinions are welcomed, calculated risk-taking encouraged and personal accountability expected. Also earlier there was "Foster and promote a safety-conscious and hostile-free work environment resulting in employee safety and well-being." That's also a responsibility. We'll include as bullet. Requirements: Required Minimum Qualifications list: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field. - 7+ years of deposit portfolio and product management experience. - 7+ years of experience coaching and leadership/management. - Experience with complex financial analysis, forecasting and modeling. - Experience overseeing budgeting for a line of business. - Experience developing multi-phased, long-term project plans. - Experience with market research. - Highly effective presentation skills, including strong oral and written communications. - Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work across divisional lines and generate results in a matrixed environment. - Ability to multitask, prioritize and allocate resources effectively. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Successful candidate will possess the following competencies: Creativity and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Interactive Communications, Relationship Building and Results Management. - Complies with all Credit Union policies, including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations. We could keep as bullet list. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list: - Master’s degree in Business or related field. - Membership in relevant professional associations. - Management of deposit strategies for a financial institution with >$1 billion in assets. - Orchestration of or involvement in the design, launch and marketing of retail financial services to targeted generational segments. - Professional certifications in financial analysis and/or project management. - Familiarity with advanced data processing practices and Python coding. - Familiarity with Truth-in-Savings, Reg. D, Reg. E and other consumer banking regulations. Skills: maybe we can extract competencies list from Required Minimum Qualifications: Creativity and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Interactive Communications, Relationship Building and Results Management. Also presentation skills, relationship management, etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Could still create Skills section with those competencies. But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. However we have separate headings allowed. We could put Skills as the competencies list. That seems appropriate. Benefits: list of benefits: - Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage - Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program and MyAdvocate - Supplemental Insurance or Voluntary Insurance - 401(k) Plan with Company Match - Vacation, Holidays and Personal Time Off - Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave - Pre-tax Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts - Benefit Choice Program - Health Reward Dollars - Discount on Gym Reimbursement and Identity Theft Programs - Legal Services We'll output as

    • . We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because no specific info. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate like "Other The above duties reflect management’s current assignment..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should drop. Also remove "Position may offer work from home opportunities, pending specific performance and departmental needs." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's about schedule? It's about work from home; could be considered schedule? But it's not explicit schedule; maybe we could include under Responsibilities? It's a condition. Might be considered part of responsibilities? It's not a duty. Could drop as it's not essential. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This line is not exactly boilerplate but it's about work from home; could be considered a benefit? Not exactly. Safer to drop. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      About the role

... (the paragraph(s) we captured). Might need to split into multiple paragraphs? We'll keep as one

with line breaks? Could break into multiple

      for readability but okay.

      Responsibilities

      • ... each bullet

      Requirements

        ...

      Qualifications

        ...

      Skills

        ...

      Benefits

        ...
Make sure no extra whitespace at start? It's fine. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine the introductory paragraphs and role overview. We'll produce maybe two paragraphs: first about Delta Community, second about role. But we can keep as one. I'll write:

Create your success story at Delta Community Credit Union – where opportunity meets purpose.
