Responsibilities

• Drive product and business success as the VP of Product and UX at Aha!
• Shape product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead product discovery, strategy, and the creation of solutions customers are willing to pay for.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact work and deliver lovable software.
• Actively engage with customers and executives to gather insights and influence product direction.
• Champion AI as a core capability in modern product development and internal operations.
• Develop and mentor high-performing product managers and UX designers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic product management experience, including executive leadership.
• Deep expertise in product management and UX, with a track record of leading successful B2B software product portfolios.
• 8+ years of experience leading dynamic product organizations.
• Proven success defining and executing product strategy that drives revenue, retention, and business growth.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver companywide outcomes.
• History of building trusted relationships with executive customers and using their insights to shape product strategy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A thoughtful perspective on the impact of AI and how it is transforming product development.

Pay

U.S. base salary range: $245,000–$320,000, plus profit sharing. Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
