Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate, and supervise corporate finance documentation
- Serve as a strategic partner for PPC businesses in investment portfolio management
- Build relationships with leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage outside legal counsel
- Track regulatory trends impacting the business and advise PPC management on strategies
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in corporate finance transactions, ideally with a major law firm or financial institution
- Experience representing institutional investors in corporate and leveraged finance transactions
- Familiarity with federal securities law
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients and outside counsel
- Proven leadership skills and teamwork orientation
- Admitted to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
