Responsibilities
- Negotiate and supervise corporate finance transaction documentation
- Act as a strategic partner for PPC in investment portfolio management
- Develop relationships with PPC leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage outside counsel effectively
- Monitor regulatory trends impacting the business and advise management on strategies
Qualifications
- 6+ years in corporate finance transactions with a major law firm or financial institution
- Experience representing insurance companies or private credit funds in finance transactions
- Familiarity with federal securities law
- Ability to engage with PPC clients and stakeholders effectively
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Admitted to practice law in one US jurisdiction, with potential for in-house counsel license
