- Establish governance for project execution and vendor management
Qualifications
- 12+ years in HR operations and people analytics, with global transformation experience
- 8+ years leading teams and managing external partners
- Expertise in Workday and HR service delivery platforms; familiarity with AI solutions preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive leadership
- Experience in designing global processes and service models
