- Ensure compliance with AI and technology initiatives in the claims space
Qualifications
- 15+ years in leadership roles related to Claims and Operations
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven track record with AI, automation, and advanced analytics
- In-depth knowledge of claims processes and operational workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
