VP Operations in Home Health

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes a regional operational business plan to identify new areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
• Makes sure to monitor the external environment as needed.
• Sets clearly defined goals for regional management and establishes specific, measurable objectives.
• Manages the region's operational and business development performance by advising, guiding, coaching and holding regional leadership accountable for the achievement of Amedisys goals and objectives.
• Supports and participates in periodic review and inspection of a location's compliance to policies and procedures and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leverages technology in creating solutions to problems of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strengthens an Amedisys culture of trust, respect, and quality care by being a role model to others.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Required: Ten (10+) years' supervisory or administrative experience in home health or hospice care or related health programs.
• Required: Experience managing a $50M+ organization.
• PREFERRED: Master's degree in health care management.

Pay

$160,000 - $170,000 per year
