Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, and develop associates.
• Counsel and manage performance of associates.
• Conduct department meetings.
• Manage inventory to achieve optimal cash flow and service level.
• Develop and monitor budgets for the Warehouse Department.
• Oversee the organization of warehouse inventory quarterly.
• Manage operations budget development and reporting.
• Maintain budget review and forecasting for the department.
• Oversee truck leasing agreements.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
• Establish and implement procedures to maximize operational efficiency.
• Solve operational problems and improve processes based on industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in foodservice operations or related field with supervisory experience.

Pay

$170,000 - $182,000, plus 40% Annual Bonus opportunity.
