VP Operations
About the Role
The Vice President of Operations plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to the facility’s strategic plan. This includes acquiring resources and collaborating with team members to successfully coordinate assigned projects. As a member of the management team, you will participate in institutional planning, policy development, priority setting, and management decisions. You will have full operational responsibilities for departments assigned by the supervising executive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role (Preferred)

About the Facility
HCA Florida Westside Hospital is a 250-bed medical center and healthcare complex founded in 1974. We offer the latest in minimally invasive spine and colorectal surgery and are one of nine Joint Commission-certified centers in the United States for minimally invasive colorectal surgery. Our Comprehensive Stroke Center is certified by the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA), and we are certified as a Thrombectomy Capable Center by the Joint Commission. We are a teaching and research facility with Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs in podiatry, surgery, and internal medicine.
