Responsibilities
- Own the North America sales strategy and revenue plan across all channels
- Build and scale the US sales organization while leading a high-performance team
- Manage customer P&L and oversee trade investments
- Lead strategic relationships with major retailers
- Drive the transition from DTC to an omnichannel business model
- Set up joint business planning, trade terms, and investment processes
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align on commercial goals
- Monitor performance against forecasts and maintain pricing discipline
- Develop a talent pipeline and succession plan for the sales team
- Report on sales performance to leadership
Qualifications
- 12-15 years of sales and commercial leadership experience
- Background in sports nutrition, CPG, or consumer health preferred
- Experience building omnichannel sales from direct-to-consumer base
- Established relationships with various retail channels including grocery and specialty stores
- Proficiency in managing P&L and trade investments
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with external stakeholders
- Ability to build structure in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
