Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the same or similar industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
