VP of Product Management, Monetization

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a VP of Product Management, Monetization to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Unify teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM under a cohesive vision
• Set long-term vision and roadmap for monetization products aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor product managers while ensuring effective team collaboration
• Prioritize investments in products with a focus on balancing revenue and user trust
• Drive improvements in ad delivery, reporting, and creative strategies
• Enhance business page performance and ad-organic result integrations on SERPs
• Build partnerships with Search Quality and Ads/ML teams to optimize monetization strategies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on ad products and monetization features
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering and design
• Deep understanding of auction-based ad systems and their impact on user experience
• Strategic thinker with strong planning capabilities stretching 12-24 months ahead
• Strong communication skills at executive levels, able to influence stakeholders
• Experience analyzing revenue-generating products with clear business metrics
• Familiarity with consumer marketplaces and local discovery preferred

Pay

$300,000 – $400,000 annually
