About the role
Our company is seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive innovation and strategy within our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and address customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches
- Lead product development from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction
- Stakeholder management: manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy
- Drive product roadmap and prioritize features based on market demand, user feedback, and business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Proven success in leading product development teams to deliver high-quality products
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
