VP of Operations
About the role
We're hiring a Vice President of Operations to lead the day-to-day execution of Everblue's business. You'll report directly to the President and own the operational engine: customer relationships, contract delivery, team performance, and bottom-line results.
What you’ll own
Leading people. Hire, develop, and (when needed) part ways with teammates across multiple divisions so we deliver excellent work without drama.
Owning customer relationships. Become the senior-most Everblue point of contact for our biggest clients. Earn their trust. Protect existing revenue and grow it.
Driving profitability. Manage contract deliverables so customers are delighted and the economics work. Spot risks early. Find the clever path.
Setting operational rhythm. Build the cadence, dashboards, and accountability that keep the company humming without micromanagement.
What we’re looking for
5 to 10 years of progressively senior operational leadership. Titles vary (GM, Head of Ops, agency principal, program director); results matter more.
Real experience hiring, firing, and developing leaders.
Someone who stays curious and keeps ego low. You’d rather get the right answer than be the smartest person in the room.
Customer instinct. You build trust with senior client stakeholders quickly and keep it.
Commercial cleverness. You deliver excellent work while keeping the P&L healthy.
