About the role
Oversee three direct reports: Director of Quality, Director of Program Management, and Director of Engineering (3 indirect reports in Canton). Manage a Director of Quality and Director of Engineering based in Vietnam, who will also report into this role.
Drive engineering execution, quality systems, new product launches, and customer programs across the organization. Lead manufacturing support, capital investments, and operational excellence initiatives. Partner closely with the Vietnam Leadership team to support continued global growth.
