About the role
This position requires full-time in-person attendance at our Charlottesville, VA corporate office. Remote work is not available for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Scale National Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and close partnerships with national organizations requiring home services
- Target key verticals including property management, retail, insurance, and enterprise service providers
- Lead deal structuring, pricing models, and contract negotiations
- Create the Partnership Program
- Design and implement a scalable National Partnership Playbook
- Create frameworks for lead flow, service delivery, and franchisee participation
- Build repeatable processes for onboarding and managing partners
- Translate national partnerships into local opportunities across franchisees
- Develop training, FAQs, and communication frameworks
- Ensure alignment, adoption, and performance at the field level
- Integrate with Marketing & NESTO
- Partner with Marketing to activate partnerships through campaigns and co-branded initiatives
- Integrate partnership opportunities into the NESTO platform for lead routing, retargeting, and cross-brand marketing
- Own Performance & Growth
- Drive measurable revenue through national partnerships
- Track and report on KPIs including revenue, adoption, and job flow
- Continuously optimize programs for scalability and profitability
- Build the Future Team
- Develop annual partnership growth strategies and revenue forecasts
- Lay the foundation for a national partnerships team
- Hire and develop team members as the program scales
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or national accounts
- Experience developing strategic partnerships within franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch and scale them
- Strong negotiation and deal structuring experience
- Ability to operate cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and field teams
- Highly strategic with a bias for action and execution
Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Performance Bonus: 20% of base
- Revenue-Based Incentives: uncapped earning potential tied to partnership growth
- Total On-Target Earnings: $250,000+
