About the role
Oversee all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Lead a team of marketers to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Measure campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
- Understanding of social media platforms and their impact on marketing
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
