VP of Marketing

About the role

As a VP Of Marketing, you'll turn insight into campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences across the Information Technology market. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to sharpen positioning, refine journeys, and scale what works. If you love testing, learning, and using data to drive growth, this role puts you at the center of the pipeline story.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for new business acquisition
• Establish reporting mechanisms for tracking marketing activities
• Set and track goals for metrics like MQLs and conversion rates
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Collaborate with sales teams to produce effective marketing collateral
• Work with external partners to enhance brand visibility
• Partner with tech teams to optimize marketing operations
• Recruit and manage a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B software experience in senior leadership
• Proven track record in demand generation and content marketing
• Experience in scaling a hyper-growth startup
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven marketing decisions
• Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days a week

Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $275,000 – $315,000 annually
