VP of Global Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are seeking a VP of Global Supply Chain Operations to own the end-to-end supply chain across planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and logistics. You will build a resilient, cost-efficient global supply network and lead a distributed operations organization against demanding cost and service targets.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy: Own end-to-end global supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Procurement: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance across a global vendor base.
• Operations: Drive S&OP, inventory optimization, and fulfillment reliability against cost and service targets.
• Resilience: Build supply chain resilience — dual-sourcing, risk mitigation, and continuity planning.
• Cost & Margin: Deliver measurable cost-out and working-capital improvements.
• Ledgers: Build and lead a global supply chain organization across multiple sites and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in supply chain, with 5+ years leading global operations at the Director/VP level.
• End-to-End: Command of planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Global Scope: Experience managing multi-region, multi-site supply networks.
• Analytical: Strong data-driven approach to S&OP, inventory, and cost management.
• Vendor Management: Proven strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation track record.
• Ledgers: Experience building and scaling distributed operations teams.
• Education: Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, or related; APICS/CSCP or MBA preferred.
