VP of Global Supply Chain
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a VP of Global Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will shape and execute a global supply chain strategy that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance across a complex defense environment. The role will partner closely with operations, procurement, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen execution, improve delivery performance, and maintain alignment with regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic operator who can drive enterprise-wide supply chain discipline and measurable results.

Compensation
$245,500 – $393,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize global operations systems to align with aerospace and defense standards.
- Oversee implementation of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion to support business goals.
- Assess operational workflows for compliance with regulations and to drive efficiencies.
- Establish and monitor supply chain performance KPIs including cost competitiveness and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in global operations, supply chain, or procurement.
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in supply chain or compliance, managing high-performing teams.
- Proven expertise in CPSR, FAR, DFARS, NDAA, and ITAR compliance.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in aerospace and defense contexts.
