VP of Enterprise Products (CRO)

Location: Menlo Park, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $300,000 – $450,000 annually

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for enterprise products in alignment with company goals
• Cultivate relationships with investment banks and hedge funds to expand market presence
• Drive adoption of blockchain platforms by educating traditional financial institutions
• Oversee the delivery and implementation of customized enterprise solutions
• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives
• Establish a business development organization for enterprise solutions
• Represent the company at industry events to showcase enterprise value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in investment banking or structured finance, focusing on asset-backed securities
• Deep familiarity with IT applications and systems for financial product creation
• Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technologies, and Bitcoin Layer-2 solutions
• Proven ability to sell into the enterprise C-suite and manage enterprise sales cycles
• Track record of building and scaling enterprise products in fintech or blockchain sectors
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing distributed multinational sales organizations
