VP of Client Services (Work Remotely Anywhere in the U.S.)

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and delightful service delivery to all clients
• Provide direction and guidance on growth and retention strategies
• Conduct strategic business reviews and act as executive sponsor for clients
• Evaluate operational metrics to identify trends and formulate action plans
• Support and execute renewal strategies for consistent revenue streams
• Manage P&L reporting monthly to the executive team
• Analyze KPIs to adjust strategies for optimal results
• Drive employee engagement through coaching and development
• Handle internal and external escalation issues requiring advanced support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience
• 8+ years in Benefit Administration with brokers, carriers, and clients
• Strong experience in people management and leading teams
• Experience coaching leaders
• Proven financial management skills with large budgets

Pay

$150,000 – $215,000 annually
