VP, Client Services

The VP of Client Services at EVERSANA INTOUCH® will oversee senior-level client and agency partner relationships, focusing on client retention and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain executive- and senior-level relationships
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients
• Assess and manage client and agency partner risks
• Ensure alignment with EVERSANA INTOUCH and client financial health, targets, and objectives
• Lead the development of integrated marketing plans both internally and with external agency partners
• Bring new services to clients to enhance their understanding of EVERSANA INTOUCH’s offerings

Qualifications for this role include:

• Approximately 12 to 15 years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare experience
• Thought leadership in integrated and digital marketing and communications
• Self-sufficiency and strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to meet P&L targets through existing and expansion business opportunities
• Experience in negotiating and executing agreements
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
• Demonstrated written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and the Intouch organization at all levels
