VP of Accounting (Los Angeles - Media/Advertising)

About the role

Global media and advertising network is looking for a VP/Controller to join its team based out of the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for owning the entire accounting function for a network of agencies, reporting into the CFO and managing/building out a small team. This is a hybrid position, so candidates must be able to be in-office 3x per week.

Responsibilities

• Own entire month and year-end close processes
• Oversight of AP, payroll, and general accounting operations
• Lead NetSuite implementation project
• Treasury and AR oversight
• Partner with FP&A and commercial finance teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Advertising/media experience a MUST
• CPA/Big 4 accounting highly preferred
